Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, may be subject to a fee up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Refund Policy

Services rendered cannot be refunded. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your experience, please bring this to the attention of our spa manager before leaving the premises so we can address your concerns immediately.

Gift Cards & Memberships

Gift cards and membership packages are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They may, however, be transferred to another individual with prior authorization.
